I am so relieved that I got Mark as my B and Pest Inspector. Super thorough, professional, punctual, deep knowledge, and objectivity. I wish he was a builder as I'd hire him in a second. Absolutely amazing professional services. Did our pre purchase inspection. The report was so detailed. Excellent communication and fast reply. We only had a couple of days to get our inspection done and he got us in! Post our settlement and moving in we found a leak and I reached out to him to see if he could guide us on what service we should call to fix it. He took the time to come out and evaluate it for us and pointed us in the right direction. Very honest and reliable company would seriously highly recommend them!

Whatever superlative I use for Mark would be an understatement to describe his work ethic and skill. He is simply amazing. Would give him 10+ stars! I asked him for a second opinion on a property I was purchasing. The property had already been seen by another inspector (whose company had 300+ reviews totalling 4.9 stars - obviously all made up). The other inspector identified minor issues and did not even bother to get into manholes to look for termite damage. Mark conducted a very thorough search and provided a detailed picture of damage and the cost to fix it all. So glad I found him! Otherwise I would be out by hundreds of thousands of dollars. Would highly recommend him to everyone purchasing a property and would definitely use him again for future buys.

Mark and Richard come highly recommended. Ontime and an extremely thorough building report. Richard also comes with a background in strcutural landscaping which is great for checking those retaining walls. I contacted mark via phone for some advice prior to making an offer on a property. He was extremely helpful and took the time to help me and put me in touch with others that could also answer my questions before committing to a contract.
