ALLROUND HANDYMAN
I had Kyle & Shane for my 1st reno in Ballarat.They well under quoted me from the beginning, even though i did ask to do a bit more bit. they quoted me for 10-12 days and ended up 22 days but still lots to do. I paid them hourly and this was my biggest regret.A clear scope of works given to them at the beginning and I thoroughly gave them instructions plus photos but at the end they didn’t always follow my instructions and made a few mistakes which they redid at my own costs.Unfortunately i had to terminated their work and employed other trades.To be fair, their skill level is ok for small jobs but not for big reno.
