Wow! Dropped my Blu-Ray off in the morning.Now for the results. Outstanding service, really quick and prompt. In fact, no sooner had I arrived back at St Andrews, I got a call and my Panasonic Blu-Ray Recorder/Hard Drive & Player was fixed and is operating correctly and has been ever since it was fixed. These fine folks are polite and they do outstanding and prompt work.Impressive service too !100 out of 100 is my score. I thoroughly do recommend them and entrust them to do a perfect job. It does not get any better than that !!

Two stars for the repair job that's covered under warranty. Zero stars for the guy at reception about his customer service. Super condescending and talks down to you when you ask a genuine question when I clarified the process. I could even hear him talking about the incident to his colleagues upstairs. He even said it's going to be couple of days so it's definitely going to take a few days(got a text the next morning to say it was ready - not that I am complaining about the speed but his delivery of the message and tone was absolutely out of line). Added to that, when I came to pick it up, I was carrying a repaired microwave back to the car and an old lady who was a customer waiting there offered to open the door. Now before they say he had to man the reception, the reception was unmanned when I got it.Never recommend these guys, purely for the experience and the way they communicate. I hope manufacturers choose another place as their preferred repair centre.Also make sure you check for grease residue after repair. Check photos.

I love Tecworks. The team are so friendly and professional; and have helped me out many times with issues regarding my phone.I am sad they closed their local Canberra shop, but their online and phone support is fantastic.

Incredible service by Luke on reception! Luke advised us on the repair process for my Samsung , offered me appropriate options for my personal and business requirements and guided my husband and myself on the purchase of refurbished phones. So very happy with the exceptional customer service.

We went to Tecworks International head office, they were brilliant, they fixed my phone when Samsung Parramatta said they could not fix after they had the phone for two weeks. I highly recommend them fantastic service, professional, and with a smile. Thanks so much Mai.

Outstanding experience. My poor, busted up Samsung failed under warranty. I took it to another approved repairer (Icure) who not only argued it wasn't a warranty issue but managed to damage the phone when 'assessing' it and make the problem worse (and consequently jack up the repair price to nearly $900). Prior to unleashing holy hell on them via Fair Trading, someone suggested a second opinion. Enter Tecworks. Not only were they very understanding of my issue, they also furiously agreed with me about what really should have happened and referred the matter to Samsung on my behalf. Tecworks took care of it, with constant progress updates and managed to return the phone to me much faster than I would have ever expected. A really, really great experience. Special mention to James, Margaret and some other fellow whose name escapes me. Basically all of them. Bloody well done! Google needs a sixth star option.

I want to express my appreciation for the excellent service I received from the staff at Tecworks when I brought to them my portable CD player with a CD in it that would not eject.I was greeted in reception by Luke. I was impressed with Luke's friendly and professional attitude. I told him that I had a valuable CD in the CD player and was worried that it might be damaged. Luke was very sympathetic and told me that he would have a technician look at it immediately. Such prompt service exceeded my expectations. A relatively short time later the CD player was returned it me with an undamaged CD. I was told that it was George who successfully released the CD. My sincere thanks to George for his expertise.

This morning after a long discussion with your colleagueand receiving the cost of repairs to my liquid mobile and paying the repair costs of $940, I was NOT offered the option of a replacement device prior to the payment for the repairs.This is certainly a downside of the service by the Samsung authorised repairer.Job number: 972638Kind Regards,Gerard DAUPHIN

They have friendly staff and are a well established company. The technicians are skilled and can repair a wide range of brands of phones, tablets and laptops. There is an upfront cost of $110 for diagnosis which is reasonable, but their repair prices for laptops are steep which is unusual for an authorised repairer.They also sell Xbox and PlayStation steering wheels and offer cheap phone cases onsite. This site is in a business park with easy on-site parking.
