Back in Perth so decided a drive to Sistas from Midland should be on the cards. Sunny day. Perfect for a cafe coffee stop by the ocean. Great coffee. To me, Gourmet meals but affordable. Delicious.

Not sure if there was a public holiday surcharge but prices were high on the mains. Details are pretty good like panko crumble to top off an otherwise ordinary mushroom+eggs+spinach on toast. While it is rather difficult to innovate on simpler dishes, I do like to see cafes try (miso butter with mushrooms perhaps?) and take some risks on traditional favourites.A great coffee, an equally great view, and fantastic service can’t go wrong. Moist and crispy toasted banana bread was good too!

We were looking for a meal at a beachside venue and I remembered this place from a visit a couple of years back.We had made a booking for a table indoors in case it was too cold outside but we found a comfortable table outside. It's also a little hard to talk comfortably inside. The menu is very interesting with an array of choices that should satisfy most tastes.I couldn't go past the crab omelette that came with sourdough bread, avocado whip, the omelette with a decent amount of crab meat, and a smear if some really good sambal. I'm from Singapore and this sambal was as good as any I've had there. The pulled beef tacos were also delicious and made for a substantial. The pancakes were delish, especially if you have a sweet tooth. The coffees were also good. There is usually plenty of free parking nearby, service is friendly and efficient, and credit cards are accepted. There is also disabled access.

I went for brunch yesterday and tried to order poached eggs on toast with smoked salmon, but when i asked for smoked salmon the manager came over and told me they didn’t have it and gave me a lecture on how bad it is to order from the supplier as it is bad for the environment. i understand why but i did not appreciate the tone or what was being said to me as it was judgemental. it should be removed from the menu so others don’t experience what i experience. food was also mid.

Lovey location with a great vibe. Coffee was great and we did not wait long for the coffee. Even considering that this is a popular coffee shop and was busy. Food came out quickly. Very tasty and big serving. We enjoyed the full breakfast. The price is about the same as most coffee shops that provide a similar setting, coffee and food. Can recommend. You might just need to book in advance as it a popular spot even with the locals.

The best spot to meet friends here with a great view. I like to come here before taking a walk around the cost way.The coffee and food was delicious but they were a bit pricy.

On a visit to Burns Beach and following a walk on the lovely pedestrian path looking out at the Indian Ocean as it broke on the rugged coastline we found this little restaurant. Plenty of room both inside and outside ( plenty of shade ) . A menu that caters for all tastes .

The pancakes were delicious! Had so many elements. Only small critic is the pancake wasnt fluffy enough.Avo and eggs toast were cooked to perfection!Bit on the pricey side. But it's worth it.Ill definitely come back:)

Been a local here for a long time and I can’t really fault this place. The coffee is quite expensive but it’s tasty and made with love. The food is always delicious but again a little pricey. But for the service you get I guess it’s justifiable. Views are always great, especially in the mornings with 1st light in summer. Great location with a friendly atmosphere. Good for kids as there’s a playground just across the road from the cafe. Keep on keeping on Sistas
