Terrible service. Appalling in fact. As I was waiting the young girl stood in front of me watching TV. Didn't greet me and told me to come into the room. Other worker young male came in and began socialising with the girl. She took my medicare card and asked me to spell out my full name. He did the blood test, engaged with me once and when I went to answer, he spoke over the top of me continuing to speak with his work colleague. When I was getting ready to leave I waited to see if I would get my medicare card back, but they both just dismissed me rudely. Then the girl rang me back 10 minutes later all she said 'i' left my medicare card. No hello, or sorry. When arriving to pick up my card they saw me continued talking then handed me the card, again without engaging. Very rude. Very unplesent place. Definitely would not recommend. This branch needs some serious help. I should have left after seeing the pile of rubbish on the unattended desk.

Went for glucose blood test yesterday. The lady that did my test was lovely and attentive. Thank you for taking a good care of me during the 2 hours glucose test.

Great staff. Can be busy when doors open.

Unbelievably slow.

Lovely girl was gentle and did my blood test without a problem

Waited 1.5 hours, 4 people were ahead of me.
