Such a great experience at WUMe. The staff were all so lovely and were very flexible to change appointments whenever I needed. This being my first ultrasound experience, everything was explained so well and I was made super comfortable. My partner and I wouldn't recommend anywhere else.

Sophia was amazing - knowledgeable and kind - with a sense of humour which made my experience all the more positive. Thank you.

Confused about the bad reviews... I had a great experience. They managed to get me in last minute, I was very grateful because my scan needs to be done on certain days of the month. Lovely staff from start to finish. Great doctor, explained everything really well. And a nice cup of tea! Really good experience, thank you!

Avoid this place. Over 45 mins behind schedule.Very poor communication and overall a disappointing experience. Surely a txt msg check in or queue system can be implemented in 2022? Would not recommend.

Incredibly rude receptionist - I'm almost tempted to call my doctor to write me a referral to another ultrasound clinic. From reading the reviews, it looks like only the reception staff are extremely rude. I understand they are probably overworked and underpaid, but there is no reason to be aggressive to patients who are actually nice to you, who are paying a fee for this service and ultimately paying your wage.

On my 21 week anatomy scan, I felt quite rushed by the doctor who did my scan. I was asking about the percentile and was provided the answer that this should be provided on a growth scan. Upon reading about it more, most 21 week scan can determine the percentile at this point. I also asked about the placenta and this was also not answered. I felt my questions were dismissed by Dr Sophia Chuang. I had a better 13 week scan.

EDIT:I have since gone back to this clinic after my experience twice now due to emergency check and I have to say the service has been a million times better with honest wait times and the scans conducted a lot better overall has changed my opinion nowInitial experienceWaited an hour for my appointmentI was told 20 minutes delayed, then another 15. I told them the obstetrician they work with has an appointment after this one and they said not to worry they have let him know they are the reason I’m lateAfter an hour I finally went through had the roughest ultrasound took less than 10 minutes for a 21 week scan it’s the quickest Scan I’ve ever had.When coming out to reception they advised me I was late to my other appointment and I had taken to long in the room.When I said I was in less than 10 minutes and they were late and had called the OB she ignored my comment and put the payment through $440 was not worth a rushed scan where I was made to feel inconvenient and staff were rude.Pregnancy hormones, I walked out and burst into tears.I’ve told my OB to never send me there again

The staff and drs here were lovely to deal with and very compassionate throughout an uncomfortable procedure. My wait time was minimal and the process was very timely

Difficult to get a tubal patency appointment anywhere, more hard due to my irregular cycle, but they were able to put me on a waitlist (as I had to cancel my original appointment due to longer than expected cycle) and then I got an appointment while on the waitlist! Initially felt a bit un welcomed at the front reception, but while leaving it was good. Dr Debbie and I guess her name was Linda (I am bad with remembering names) made this whole experience heaps better. Everything was professional, I was well looked after during and post the procedure. I had a lot of pain (very much expected), and they managed it well. Glad that they provided a room to patients with tubal patency test as it was much needed.

Specifically asked for a woman to do an internal ultrasound due to past trauma (shouldn't have to give a reason though) i walked in that day and into the room to find out a man was doing the procedure. They never contacted me to see if i would be alright with this, which i definitely wasn't. This led to me having a PTSD shut down and episodes for about a week, flashbacks, night terrors etc. No woman should ever be blindsided with a man performing such an uncomfortable procedure especially if they asked for a female. This place doesn't care about protecting women and making them feel comfortable at all! At every doctor or clinic I go to I am always listened to in my request for a female, this was the first time in my whole life I was not taken care of and my needs were dismissed. Disgusting.
