Did a valuation that was not factual. Land is not arable is covered in springs or is hydrophobic. Property is covered in weeds of National Significance ie blackberries and serrated tussock, Did not walk over property therefore was not aware of springs and weeds. The property did not and still does not have a registered entry. Property did not and still does not have a Certificate of Occupancy. Stated build time 2010 - 2013 actual build time 1999-2013. Prior to valuation parts of house and yard were flooded with raw sewerage. Five years later still an issue. Wrote a letter no response
