VIVA Pilates Studios Clayfield

I started at Viva Clayfield a few months ago and I absolutely love it. The instructors are friendly and really work you hard. There are a variety of classes so you can target specific areas or try new techniques. It's the only reformer studio I've found that does an actually affordable membership where classes don't break the bank!

I recently completed the ‘20 to tone challenge’ after suffering a heart attack 16 weeks prior. The team were incredible and I’m stronger & longer for it!The Clayfield studio crew helped develop my core strength & proper engagement has improved my athletic performance, cardiac recovery and basically transformed my posture.I’ve seen increased strength and muscular endurance with an improved mind-body connection. With the focus on core stability and total body strength, VIVA’s helped facilitate muscle activation and development to support proper long term spinal alignment!Tonnes of variations & levels, plus small classes soo there’s no where to hide. Highly recommend Dani, Ashley & Simone’s classes for extra burn!

I have been doing pilates for about a year now but this was my first time at Viva Clayfield, and I'll definitely be back! I had an amazing lower body session led by instructor La'Ace, the whole experience was really well done and professional, it was a great atmosphere and a really good workout!! Can't wait for my next session!

It is a lovely studio. Their times are not the best and I booked a trial ($39.15) through the Mind Body App and it charged me for an extra class. I paid for the Three class intro but then cause its set up weird, when I cancelled a class so I could rebook a better time, it charged me for the class ($34.80). Meaning I paid extra. I emailed the owners but they didn’t offer the refund me or help me correct the issue.I just had so much trouble trying ti book classes using this intro pass. Its a shame cause the class was good!Single class cost is pretty high and I am used to newer/better quality reformer beds.

I had a great time at VIVA Pilates Studio with their 21 day Program. The instructors are really friendly, the studio is always clean and I really liked the 5:30 am option! For a first experience with Pilates, I found that it helped a lot with the coordination and core. Thank you for initiating me and I highly recommend the studio!
