Sans Souci Medical Practice

I have been going to Sans Souci Medical Practice since it opened around 2008. Not long after, I chose my GP to be Doctor Ginni Mansberg who has been my personal GP up until I relocated to the Gold Coast twelve months ago. Dr Mansberg attended to me when I became gravely ill in 2019 and helped me through a rather difficult health issue, for which I am truly grateful. I visited Sydney this week and had a minor health issue for which I needed to see a GP quickly. Simone, from the practice, arranged to squeeze a consultation with Dr Mansberg, even though Dr Mansberg was fully booked for that day. It was very much appreciated for Simone and Dr Mansberg to allow my visit, but that is the kind of service you get from the staff and medicos at Sans Souci Medical Practice. I cannot recommend them highly enough and appreciate them taking care of my health issues over a long period of time.

Receptionist was nice and friendly. DR. Das is always very friendly and helpful and listens. A pleasant visit to the medical centre.

Great GP’s and not long wait. Everything you could ask for in healthcare. I see dr Toni Letton, she is an amazing dr and has helped me out tremendously with my chronic pain, bipolar and anxiety. She has referred me to specialists that are within my budget when needed and also treats me with kind respect and patience. It’s a pleasure seeing her once a fortnight.

Pathetic excuse for a medical centre, Drs who aren’t trained to be compassionate to humans, not trained to care for dementia patients, not trained to have any sort of management planning, guidance, advice or system to provideReceptionists are rude, unhelpful.These doctors do not want to help their community. They have a god complex, want to spew their words at you without listening and really couldn’t care less.I hope the service my family have received to date is not the service these Drs and Medical Receptionists receive when they need help or suffer from an illness.

As always, very professional service, have been using Sans Souci Medical Practice for many years, both for General Practice, and for Skin Checks.The doctors and nurses are first rate.Highly recommended.

The new practice premise is very very small and crowded, much much worse than the old location.But the worst was the nurse that we had. Previous vaccination for the same vaccines with different nurses was only a quick 5 mins job including checking and logging etc. This time around, we brought our baby in for vaccination and the young nurse we had was terrible, had no experience with baby, couldn't measure temperature of the baby after multiple times, and just the vaccination for the baby took 30mins! She was very slow and had no consideration of a crying baby / or ability to deal with young babies, and made our baby very very distressed.

I had a great experience. I was seen by the Doctor on the allotted appointment time. The Doctor was very professional and at the same time a people person. Made absolutely sure that I understood the diagnosis before I left the practice. Thanks a lot

Excellent. The staff in reception are great, sometimes they a super busy and can come across a bit sharp with their responses, but this doesn’t happen often. I love my doctor and will not go anywhere else. Would be great if you could provide Escripts, save me loads of time driving to the clinic.
