Saw the widely spread promo for free delivery, decided to order with these guys for the first time...Ordered through their website as the ubereats/deliver roo etc. didn't have the options we needed to edit our meals. Selected for delivery confirming the order, then get a phone call to say they don't deliver?!Don't waste your time with these idiots, I'm sure the staff are lovely but someone has no clue what they're doing running this business - go elsewhere, terrible first impressions especially looking at these other reviews

Rubbish. Vegetarians - avoid the Korean fried tofu. It's tough, flavourless, most of the meal is white rice and it cost double what I pay for a much better pad see ew at my local thai. Woeful, never going back. if this didn't cost me $30 it would be going in the trash right now. I never learn - I keep getting takeaways, and they keep being garbage

We tried to order a ‘create your own’ but the girl behind the counter argued with me and told me I couldn’t. The guy who also worked there told her you could (after I pointed it out on the menu) but she refused. I don’t think I’ll bother again.

Noodle Box Redcliffe is your average take away noodle shop.Singapore noodles were cooked well and securely packed in their container. However, meat tasted tough and noodles tasted overly seasoned. Extra vegetable portion was very minimal. Vegetarian spring rolls had a desirable flavour; however, texture was tough, similar to frozen spring rolls bought from supermarkets. Prawn crackers were oddly bland but had a nice crunchy texture.Environment appeared clean.Service was friendly and efficient. Order was received in a quick manner.

Staff are extremely friendly, food is well-priced and absolutely scrumptious. I especially like the honey soy chicken noodles. I'll be back for sure.

A good lunch option. The flavor of the Kway Teow was nice and the Chicken Laksa was good as well. The Pad Thai was okay, but I have had better. Overall, quick service, served hot, reasonably priced. Definitely would have the Kway Teow again. We will be back.

Ordered vegetable stir fry hoping to get adequate vegetable content. The photo shows the quantity of vegetables to rice. The squares are tofu.Called the store and was told he was not the Manager and that they couldn't refund as it was ordered through a third party.The guy took my number and said could come back in and they would give me another meal.

Ordered dinner for myself and family for delivery through the company they use to do the deliveries. The order was submitted at 6.47pm and the order hadn't arrived at my house until 830pm. Upon numerous calls to the noodle box store their help in sorting the issue was average at best. Saying if they remade the order which had been sitting waiting to be picked up for 40mins that the store would make a loss on the order.Manager was notified and follow up call to sort out the issue is pendingPick up your game.
