Coach Tamer is a fantastic personal trainer! For the first time in a long time I feel like I’m looking after myself properly which is thanks to his nutrition and exercise support. I had my first swim session for my kids , kids followed the clear instructions , enjoyed the entire one hour session . Would love to organise follow up training programs soon .
