If you don't want to be racially profiled by the more mature aged staff here (usually stocking shelves) then avoid this place. It feels really horrible when your picking groceries yet they follow you casually" from isle to isle. Shame! Younger staff are great

the ladies are customer service superstar. they literally walk an extra mile to help the customer find stuff on the isle. Once dropped an egg box and cracked a few at the small counter next to the sigi counter. I said not to worry about it, but the girl in the counter insisted that I change it to a good one. You definitely know the MRS better then me. Thank you sooo much.

Always a friendly store, but the last couple of weeks I've been blown away by a young guy named Moses. What an absolute star! He was so helpful and packed my trolley for me when I did a big shop. He's always great for a chat and just a genuinely lovely guy.

We usually stop here on our way to friends’ house- they always have what we are looking for, the store is clean and staff are friendly. The only negative would be the long lines- hardly any tills open and the self serve checkouts develops a long queue as a result. Other than that it’s all good.

May I say I had a very helpful young lady yesterday Friday the 3rd February. Her name was Dani & absolutely such pleasant manners. I went on a check out which was open however it was really backed up with groceries from someone else I didn’t have have the strength to stand there as I have a fractured rib. I went to the self serve however I thought oh my can I do this. I asked if there were any other registers open & the young lady said yes there is I said but it got a whole checkout of stuff. Dani offered to help me but I think she could see I was struggling & asked me if I would like her to do it for me which I replied yes please & thank you so much. She was so lovely which I appreciated so much. A few more lovely staff like that is surely warranted in many stores. NoThank you Dani you really helped a lady in a lot of pain.Diana

Its an ok store but if you need to shop early the deli is rarely stocked and the bakery has usually only just put out bread and none of the rolls etc. Hard when you work night shift and just want to get shopping done when they open. Staff are always friendly though and store always clean.
