The worst costco shop in MELBOURNE. I take two packs of organic egg. When I check out the staff said one member only can buy one pack. I told them no sign on the wall and at the front door. But they still argue with me with very bad attitude.

We had dinner at this store yesterday. My kid just took a bite chicken wing and then passed it to me since one of chicken wing is smelly and spoiled. very sad!My kid has vomit today this morning for many times. I will never buy their chicken wing again! !!

Today I bought Ribbonfish from Costco ring wood, almost every piece had parasites, it was super disgusting, so I threw all of them into the trash can. If anyone else bought it today, please check it.

My review is all about the people who work here and some recommendations for improvements. They are terrific! Always helpful and friendly. They are empathetic too, which is really rare to find these days.In regards to the store itself, I recommend management make the following improvements:- put swivel wheels on the rear of the trolleys! They are very difficult to manoeuvre especially when the store is busy with customers. I can imagine it would be difficult for people with disabilities.- recommend certain products be stacked in a way that make it easier to lift into your trolley. E.g. boxes of coke are stacked high and in a herringbone criss cross manner, which makes it a WHS hazard. One day a box is going to fall and hit a customer when they try to grab a box of coke.- the area outside the dairy cool room is cluttered with merchandise, which causes a bottleneck when customers try to navigate through this area.

What can you write about an international supermarket? That it is humongous, sells everything in bulk, staff are mostly indifferent (some quite helpful though), prices are cheap etc.Oh wait! Prices are not always cheaper. Last few times I have compared prices with Woolies, Coles and Costco, and found that some items are comparable or cheaper at our local supermarkets. In one instance I found that the bulk purchase was costlier than the individual item. :/Still, we do find the overall experience isn't bad. So far, I have found that the staff are in general friendly. My biggest frustration is that they don't have a system which helps customers find items easily. You also can't find staff to help you.The canteen is now open again and you can go to eating cheesy and delicious pizzas, fries, hot dogs with refillable sodas. :)That's Costco.

If you're planning a party, Costco is a great place to go for buying items in bulk. However, I have found that some items are not cheaper than what you can find at a regular supermarket. One thing to note, though, is that if you are a member and you purchase an item, they will replace it without any questions asked as long as you keep the box.

Classic Costco — huge warehouse with great variety of bulk items. Always something new to discover, and it’s a great place to snag some favourites if you’re a Costco regular. The quality is impeccable, and we love the canteen food as well. Awesome place for stocking up on groceries.

Our Sunday grocery shopping at Costco always end with some junk food from the Costco food court. It’s a good way to rest up and energise after walking a mile in the Costco warehouse. Food is nothing special, my girls like the chicken burger with the soft brioche bun and hot crispy chips to go with it. Their favourite is the unlimited drink fills where they can mix and match the sugary carbonated drinks and have fun. Of course you need to buy a membership to go to Costco warehouse and the food court.

I’ve been a member since 2012. Overall my experience in all Costco was good but the staff called Sonny in Ringwood was rude and unreasonable. Basically I’ve unloaded things from the trolley and only left a few in, nothing was stacked and all labels were upside ready for scan, but Sonny still asked us to move EVERYTHING from the trolley, which was never happened by any other staffs or in any other stores. I double-checked with him to make sure there is no misunderstanding and he still pushed us to unload EVERYTHING. He didn’t give any reasons why we have to empty the trolley and I refused to do it, immediately moved to the other line next, unloaded pretty much the same things from the trolley, the other staff had no issue with it at all. This is the worst experience in Costco so far and we will avoid to waiting on Sonny’s line in the future.

Great Costco warehouse. The food section was selling out of a lot of things by 7pm on a weeknight, but we managed to get a hot dog and pizza slice. The tables for dine in were not clean at all and the sauce station was very messy and needed onions and sauce to be refilled. Hopefully they can pay a bit more attention to cleaning/tidying this area.
