I just want to say a big shout out to Gordon! Thank you so much for your hard work on repairing my Louis Vuitton Toiletry 26, I really, really appreciate it. It took a fair bit longer then I expected however the results where certainly worth the wait.Highly recommended and extremely well priced! Thank you!

Absolutely shocking the repair they did on my husband’s sneakers. Unfortunately my hubby threw them out before I could take a photo to add to this review. Insisted that the shoes could not be glued back to the soles and they needed to be stitched. It literally looked like someone sewed them in the dark. The stitching looked so awful and out of place and was in no way tidy or hidden - he basically sewed it across the entire design of the shoe. Husband threw them out immediately. I would have gone back and insisted on a full refund. Will never go back.

Quick and easy repair nice guy as well.

Collected a pair of shoes that had been resoled (with original sole just stitched). When asked about the visible glue around the sole was advised by the staff member that the shoes had been significantly damaged and the sole could not be properly fitted because it was a repair, the glue was old glue and had been there previously (there was no glue on the shoes when the shoes were left at the store) yet he introduced himself as being the casual who didnt know the shoes and took him a while to locate the order (he told me he didnt know the shoes). Found the whole experience unpleasant including the deceit and obvious lies as excuses , the work wasnt worth what was paid and I would not recommend. Not worth the 1 star.

Good Service From Staff

I had a screw stuck in my glasses and took it down to Hallelujah Shoe Works at Albany Creek. The gentleman kindly fixed this for me and because it was a quick job, did not charge me. That's the sort of service that earns customers for life!

Brilliant service, Excellent pricing and quality workmanship, I needed Asic gel shoes fixed with its back falling apart, he completed stitched it back together with leather reinforcing across the back. more comfortable then when I originally bought it. Would highly recommend to everyone
