I wish I could rate 6 stars! I was scrambling to find a replacement for our regular kitchen tap within my local area. It started leaking hot water all of the sudden. A big hardware chain was not keen to help me within a day, especially without a trade pass (phone/online orders can't be fulfilled in less than 2-3 business days). I gave Herman a call when looking for a local plumbing supplier late in the day. Not only did he stock the item I was looking for (similar price but much better brand and quality!), he also made sure I got all my questions answered before ordering the item. Unfortunately, the shop was outside my 5km radius. Without hesitation, Herman offered to drop off the item at my front door on his way home since it was on his way - same day! Thanks to Herman I was able to fix my tap and use my kitchen again within hours. Great product, affordable pricing, easy communication and fantastic customer service! I can highly recommend PPCC. Thank you very much!
