My partner went there today to get a price on a clothes dryer. I then visited the store later that evening to discuss purchasing one. The employee we spoke with said that he would have to contact the original sales person to discuss the quotes price. After 15 min of trying to contact him we said could you give us a price on another brand. He said he could not lower the price any further. I told him we had a price from The Good Guys which was $20 cheaper than Harvey Norman price. He looked online and said Good Guys would of been quoting on floor stock as they had no in store stock.The further this went on the ruder he got.We decided to leave the store and call Good Guys. They had 2 in stock and reduced the price down another $25 which meant a total saving of $45. Harvey Norman need to lift their game and I will no longer be shopping at this store.

Very helpful staff as we had numerous questions about items from different departments and they went out of their way to find answers.

If you buy from this place make sure you check the product inside and out, even unwrap it… because once you leave and find damage at home unpacking it they will leave you high and dry!!!!!Purchased a queen bed and 2 side tables. When we got them home and unwrapped one of the side tables and pulled it out 2 of the 3 draws where damaged internally… took pictures and told them what we found and how and emailed back as requested and all we got was to be told that we did it and it was fine when it left. Even though they had not unwrapped and checked draws.So disgraced at no customer care. And how we were blamed. We spent $5500 and to fix the damage was easy and cost me $50 but the fact is I spent a lot of money on a damaged product and they wiped me off. Thought shopping locally we’d get personal touch. THE ABSOLUTE OPPOSITE!!!

Brought a washing machine for $1200 3 years ago, it broke just inside the 24 month warranty period, then broke again exactly the same problem after 3 months after it was fixed just outside of warranty period, 9 months ago went there numerous times to try and resolve the issue, they are a bunch of scumbags will tell you what do you expect for $1200 told me they don’t even have it on there system that it’s been repaired ? What a joke never heard nothing back even thought they said they would after going in there numerous times there customer service is shocking

Pretty disappointed in HN Shepparton iv spent over 10k in 12 months in that store between our business and furniture for our home renovations but refused to move $1 on price or even delivery on a new dresser I'm about to refresh our office with new equipment they've just lost about 15k in sales from one bad salesperson
