Not a good experience at all, no one could tell me where boxes were. Then at the self service cashier desk I have a cashier take over and womansplain how to use it. At no point did I need assistance, or did I ask for it, especially insulting when 5 women went through and I was the only male. Not sure why you singled me out? I have been a tradesman for 22 years and have used the self checkout more times than I can remember. How about spending more time memorising where items are, rather than trying to micro manage people.

We were in the tile section this afternoon and a young man called Joe was helping us. We had a very heavy load and he helped us down to the car with it. He loaded it into the car and then realized that there were two different batch numbers on the tile boxes. He explained that the colours may be slightly different so he took the 5 heavy boxes of tiles back upstairs and then exchanged them so we had all of the same batch number. He then returned them to the car for us. My husband has a sore foot and bad back at the moment so we were extremely grateful for the exemplary service. Well done Joe!

Absolutely the best service from Ella at the Special Orders desk. I was having trouble making my online order and she took the helm and did my order and payment there and then. So much stress release for me. She deserves some type of reward and recognition fir her customer service and thinking outside of the box to solve an issue to keep the customer happy and get their order sorted.

Shopped there today and two of the three staff we interacted with couldn’t be bothered. No help at all. Gave 3 stars due to to lovely helpful girl at the paint counter. She obviously knew her products and well trained.

Bunnings is great on little jobs for old lady like me. Advice given freely by those asked. My dog loves to visit too. A plant sometimes finds it way into my trolley.

Friendly, helpful(thanks Pete) as we had our caravan on our car, so we had to park in back street at bottom of entry to the parking, quite steep for trolly.But got what we wanted so very happy as stock was limited through out various stores. This store was 350km one way from us.Black screens.

Can never walk out with just what you want in for. Always helpful staff and prices are always reasonable.Afternoon or weekend projects are easy to do. I recommend you go in with a full plan of what you want to do though, or you'll end up going back and forth for days...Always easy to forget what you need to finish a project.The plant selection is pretty good.
