Were very courteous on the phone and came out the same day and on time, which is great service. My ducted split system had a leak on the drain outlet which needed repairing. I was told the system wasn't up to code as there is no emergency condensate pan with a drain. Which may or may not be the case, I'm not an expert on building code. They quoted to fix this. There was also alot of hard sell on servicing the unit, becoming a member and the fact there was only 1 appointment before Christmas.The repair (replacing a 2cm piece of pvc pipe) would turn out to be quite expensive. I called my local plumber to quote installing the pan and drain, this came in at a little over half of what ComfyFirst would have charged.Ultimately, they left and I still had a leaking drain.I understand their reasons for not performing the repair, but I don't have to agree with what I feel was the hard sell and pressure tactic. I'd give 3.5 stars.

I booked this company for a quote which went well the guy was great I paid deposit had a date booked the next day I had a phone call to change date if possible which was fine. On the day they were booked at 12 to 4pm to do the job my wife had taken day off wk and was working from hm. At 230 my wife text me what time are they coming. I called the head office was left on hold while they tried to work out what happened to be told no one will be coming out, an absolute waste of my time and especially my wife I asked for my deposit back and would never use this service again. TERRIBLE SERVICE
