My partner and I took our new puppy for his vaccination with this surgery. The customer service that we received from the staff was great. We are pleased as the staff was very friendly, caring, and made sure that our puppy felt comfortable during the vaccination. We will definitely come back again.

Great reception service and excellent experience with the vet who was very patient with my anxious dog, he didn't just get in there but took the time to gain her trust with a few treats and let her come to him before taking her on the table. He also explained everything and answered any concerns and gave general tips.

Kathryn and Nadia were not only professional but caring in their interactions with myself and my 9 year old Jack Russell X. Highly recommend this veterinary surgery.

Took my dog here for months if not years, i regret the fact that i kept going here. The vet i had i think her name was nicole, i always felt judged by her, every single time i saw her i always felt judgement and attitude and as if she looked down on me as a human being or just a pet owner in general, i could never figure out why she always treated me like that, i was always trying to be so kind and respectful but she always gave me attitude. Finally i made the call to leave this vet, i am now at wilston vet surgery and my vet has not ever not even once ever made me feel as uncomfortable as nicole did and in fact its the total opposite, i feel highly respected at my new vet clinic and ive been going there for some time now, they are so understanding, they try and make things cost effective for me knowing i dont have much money, they even care about my animals that much that they email me to check in on them. Its clear they care about my animals welfare over money. I hated my experience at Albion vet surgery and i wish i left earlier. I also wish i left this review earlier. The only time nicole was ever actually nice to me or somewhat respectful was when i had the dog sitter join me in a consult, but outside of that i could not shake the feeling that she was being biased towards me or maybe it was because i didnt have much money and often got upset when the vet would just do things and i didnt know that would bring the price up because before you give a medication or do a test on an animal you should always advise the owner of the cost but nope i was always left suprised with the bill. Who knows why she treated me that way, but im loving it at my new vet clinic i highly recommend you dont go here and you choose wilston vet surgery instead.

We have been looking for a regular vet that we trust for ages, and we are so happy to have found Albion Vet! The staff are so professional and helpful, and are always friendly. Dr Nicole is so good with our corgi pup Watermelon and has given us heaps of advice for helping her through the puppy stages. They also have had our high-needs cat Queequeg in for boarding while we are away and they are so cute and send us updates and pictures of him while we are away. 100% reccomend these guys, they have taken a lot of 'vet anxiety' I used to have around my pets and I feel a lot more comfortable knowing they are our go-to vet now.

Lovely staff, very caring and great communication. Dr Nicole is also very competent, knowledgable and provides lots of relevant options for the care of my two senior pooches. Good value for money also!

Brought my dog here for treatment. Cost me $100,000. Next time I will find a cheaper Vet elsewhere.

So happy to be reunited with the loveliest vet I've ever met, Nicole. I know my Benji will be in the best hands for his dental surgery. Everyone is super friendly and the clinic is easy to access for a non driver like myself. Benji had his first train ride in our kitty backpack.
