I have rented through Ray White for the last 5 years and in all honesty, do not have a bad thing to say. Mel and her team were simply the best. Always had things fixed when needed and nothing was ever too much trouble. I will definitely miss having Mel as my property manager and will find it hard to replace her as I’ve now moved to a whole new town. Thanks Ray White for the last 5 years, you have the best property manager going and should be very proud of the work she does :)

Hayley is very knowledgeable in relation to the local market and provided valuable insight into current trends in the area. She was transparent and honest when discussing potential buyers thoughts and gave welcome advice surrounding cost effective measures to making our home more appealing to the viewing public. Her persistence was admirable and she really made us feel like selling our house was her number one priority. Would definitely recommend Hayley to future sellers.

Hayley Cox was amazing to work with. We had recieved two estimates for our house already before we spoke to Hayley. Hayley sold our property for 60% more than the other two estimates we'd recieved. This is a substantial difference for our bottom line. She then had our property sold within five days of it being put up for sale and settled within 5 wk. Hayley is pleasant and professional to deal with and I would not use anybody else in this area.

Completely blown away by the incredible treatment I received when buying my house. They kept an eye on my house while away overseas, and greeted me with smiles and a lovely hamper of local produce when I came back and picked up the keys.Very unexpected to be treated in such a fantastic manner.Very highly recommended, I will definitely be going back when it is time to sell and upgrade.Thank you.

I am absolutely feeling privileged for excellent tenant service of ray white. I had faced a problem in boiler in the morning that hot water stopped. And I called you and explained you all the situation and you sent a person within a few hours to fix the problem. Thank you for that quick and good Tenant service. At the end of the day I got hot water again at my home. Once again Thank you again for carefully understanding the situation and providing a very good service. I would definitely recommend to everyone for buy or rent the property from ray white Ararat and specially Mel Jones.
