No after service communication provided once cameras and modem supplied and installed, as I asked two simple and practical questions four times before an answer was provided after reluctance. Told not to text out of hours, therefore owner unable to prioritise. Being ignored re two texts and one email about password change.. I had to ring another security company recently to come to my home to see why I was denied access to allow my own password changing. They were unable to get any access for me unfortunately. Still waiting for owner to respond.
