Hair 10 Quick Cuts

I have used both the Maroochydore Big Top and the Mooloolaba Hair 10 businesses and it's the same cheap & nasty hair cut, I have had 2 to 3 different people cut my hair over a period of time and all seemed poorly qualified, none could perform basic blended hair cuts, I,am on a low fixed income but I now prefer to pay the $ 30.00 to get a proper basic hair cut,in my opinion this lot have a cheap & nasty business model, get em in andget em out the door, good luck if you go to Hair 10.

Quick, great and cheap

A fun and fast barber. My 3yo son loved the experience of the hair-vacuum after his haircut. The ticket system for purchasing your haircut is also fun and transparent way to wait in line for your haircut.

Have to pay before you get your haircut and then trying to charge $2 for eftpos! What a joke

My hair was getting long but I liked it, all I needed was it to be thinned out a little, I requested I liked it long, they advertise $20.00 for a hair cut, he quoted me $30.00 but pay on card is actually $31.00. Next I know clippers are out and hair is gone, I had a conversation with this guy what I wanted. I told him I was not happy and I didn’t get what I wanted, it’s like a bowl cut from the fifties, short back and sides. He told me no charge so so l walked out never to return, never.A disgrace to your profession.

Bad customer service. Walked in to get a haircut for my son and I and was already presented with the $31 to be paid and it wasn’t even our turn? When asked to clarify what what it for it became $41? Clearly not the prices you see outside which says $15 men and $10 buzzcut. So what’s up with the sign not happy no pay if you have to pay upfront?

Man-hair cut: I used this services today, and I don’t recommend it. The barber told me that I can pay after and the cost of the cut would be 25 for a style cut. He didn’t do any style cut, it was just a basic cut with electric trimmer the entire heads ( he didn’t used scissors for the top and asked for thinning and he didn’t do that) I also asked to cut half the length at the top and he cut 3/4.When he finish and I was about to pay, because I paid with credit car he added an extra dollar, so the total cost was $26. There was nothing on the shop saying that there is an extra surcharge of $1 if the payment is done by EFTPOS. He also told me that it was $26 because I had a lot of hair….:)Total disappointment for this service, now I understand nobody was there… poor customer service…I don’t recommend it!!!
