Most amazing and most professional company i have ever worked with. I have been buying and renovating houses for over 15yrs . The extra thought they put into the design to renovate and furnish the properties is what makes them worth every dollar theyask. The price tag value they add to your home is phenominal. So if your in the sam industry as me or even a developer make sure that you give these guys a try before anything or anyone else .

Nothing, but issues. Ordered a 35x35cm custom cushion with a photo of my recently deceased father - intention was to use the front material as part of a baby blanket for my younger sister - needed to be specifically 35cm to account for the trim to remove the front fabric. Regardless of what I was using it for, I paid for a 35x35 cushion and that’s what should have arrived. It didn’t. It arrived and it was 32x32cm. Huge difference, a complete inch off on all sides. — I had contacted the business immediately after submitting my order, asking for this to be posted express as I had 5 business days until the baby shower an wanted to gift then, acknowledging small timeframe hence the need for express post from Sydney to Brisbane. Told would be 10 business days to produce the cushion (which is not on their website at all), then the 1-4 business days listed on their site would apply for delivery. 3 weeks! I wanted to cancel. Even if it didn’t not make the baby shower, 3 weeks from Sydney to Brisbane was ridiculous. Ive had custom prints delivered in half the timeframe express intl. I was then told after wanting to cancel, it was actually printed within hours of my order being submitted overnight and they would send asap. Change of tune. 10 days to produce in one email, next I’m being advised it’s already printed - so to sew on a cheap zip and 4 sides to a 35cm cushion, takes 2 weeks?? So from nearly 3 weeks to receive, down to 4 days from me complaining. Absolute red flags. All creditability out the window. Then was told they use Aust Post $20 for delivery - noting costs are published on the Aust Post website, it is only $12.50 for express satchels up to 5kg - (which is what it arrived in) complete rip off. They offered next day courier, but this would cost me an additional $15, a total of $35 postage. No thanks. Arrives and it’s the not the size I ordered. It’s smaller. Now can’t be used. Yes I have contacted the business for resolution, given the order arrived and it was the wrong size. Pending response. In my opinion, absolutely the worst experience I’ve had dealing with a small business. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Digital Fabrics really delivered and went beyond my expectations. There weren't a lot of fabric print places I could turn to online at such a short notice. I needed to print out a piece of fabric for a project that was due a couple of days ago.They were able to get my fabric printed immediately for pick up the next day despite me having sent the design the night before. Of course this was dependent on the type of fabric and how much was needed.Overall, I would definitely recomment this place. Communication was very straightforward and clear. Service was speedy and efficient.
