I have been to many pet / fish stores across both NSW and QLD, and this is by far the best one.Nothing will ever beat the experience and quality of service that is offered here, not to mention their prices being much cheaper than any other store. They are honest with their advice, and have been very helpful in setting up my tanks. They work hard for their business and deserve their great reputation.They stock great products, from supplies to fish.I am more than happy to make the hour commute just to shop here, regardless of what I am after.

Highly recommend! The team are friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. The store has a huge range of products from high quality fish, shrimp, foods, mosses and other accessories they even custom make tanks so if you need it they have it or will get it! Best Aquatic shop around!!

Though a bit crowded on the inside, due to the rain, so alot of products got moved back in to avoid getting wet, the owner was very knowledgeable and passionate about his beautiful fish.

The boys were great and worked very hard to ensure I got what I needed them. I surprised them with a more difficult task which they did such a great job of. Couldn't be more happy with their work. Spent the time with me to ensure I knew how to install things etc. Great job guys.

I have been to this shop 4 times and each time it's cluttered and messy the tanks aren't clean and there are lots of sick fish mostly the ones in the algae riddled ones on the front payment counteraswell as large fish in tiny tanks I'm not happy and will never buy from this store
