If I could give Beaumont Tiles Horsham 10 out of 5 stars I would! I came into the store today twice in urgent need of some well priced builders range tiles. Immediately the lovely lady pointed me to a range that were beautiful. I could not believe how well prices I was getting these tiles for. They could not do enough for me and they assisted me when it came to loading my car up with the tiles. I havent experienced such wonderful customer service in a long time. Keep it up Beaumonts :-) and thank you very much again!!!

The other reviews must be friends of the workers in this store because EVERY time I have gone in there (3 times now, because I wanted to make sure it wasn't just a bad day" for someone) they have been rude and unhelpful. You feel like you are doing them a favour just by being in their store. I've always had to go directly up to the desk and ask someone to come serve me because nobody offers. Then they look absolutely annoyed that you are dragging them away from whatever they are doing at their desk. SO appalled by the service I am getting my tiles elsewhere."

I can’t say it was a wonderful experience this time around . We went for carpeting and were told it’s small job that can be done anytime with a couple of days notice. When I requested for the job to be done there were extended delays . I was given the impression that I was being a pushy customer even though I was requesting for what was agreed upon and after many weeks. Due to delays we went to another carpet shop who agreed to replace the carpet in 2 days and with a more competitive quote. Later on sending incorrect invoices . Can’t say Beaumont tiles is going to be my firsts choice any more.

Had the best experience with Horsham Beaumont Tiles choosing our new home tiles, carpet and window coverings. The team were fantastic to deal with and really listened to what we wanted. Have also used the Horsham team to complete a small renovation replacing old carpet, excellent price and quality! 100% recommend
