Acton Belle Property South West (Busselton)

From my first inspection they picked out ridiculous stuff from shoots of grass, oven paint peeling from years of use, weeds on a desert scaped garden, old and light garage oil stains (basically drips), shower glass stains etched in from years ago, a window was left open, wait, what it had fly screen behind it? spider webs on the exterior of the building ie in Nature the garden, the good ole run the finger across the top of the door frame and find some dirt. And they tried to breach me continuously over and over for 1 year and 3 months even though I cleaned, weeded cleared spider webs outside, all the absurd demands. Other issues were the gas system had ruptured before I moved in and it was a common fault with that model in the area. I've got the pristine glowing photos of the property prior too the inspections! A previous tennant also actually dropped by to pick up mail and told us how they moved out from the continual inspection harassment. They were never nice about anything either they always talked and conversed in person, email or over the phone in a way you only describe as arrogant and nasty.
