Staff are good,95% of residents are good,food is fried or baked,salad is basic.but this is my own opinion,I hope management is happy that I have improved my rating from 1 star.

Food was ridiculously bad, completely filthy and I told the cleaner and all she had to say was “I know”. I was having trouble breathing and the nurse was like “we’ll call a taxi to go to Traralgon”.

My Sister has been living with Gracevale for the past 5/6 years. before this she was in and out of places and constantly used. during her time at Gracevale they have always made sure that she was cared for on a high level. when I drop in from time to time they always have trained staff in the kitchen and the food usually looking/smelling amazing. I too have been offered a plate from time to time. Gracevale are always going beyond to help out.
