Dealt with John on this occasion - I’ve dealt with another guy previously who was awesome - very honest and straight forward about things. I was after a replacement cd player. What was incredible was that John basically installed the whole thing for me because I expressed doubt about pulling off the requisite panels etc…. Just couldn’t get over the service. Great team there.

Excellent..Sorry to see the mixed reviews, but my dealing was great. John was super friendly on the phone, they had the part I needed already off the vehicle ready to send strait away, and they were considerably cheaper than ALL the other places I tried. Great service!Shane@tyrepower Katanning

Have been sent to Craig a number of times. He's a bloody good fella and does exactly what he says he's going to do. They have always had the part I'm requesting or will lead u 2 where 2 get it.

Unreliable customer service. Really needed parts for my car as it was stolen and trashed and I live in Margaret River. Was only in perth for a few days and they never ended up sending me a quote. 5 days later on a monday I receive a text saying that the whole car which I needed parts from had been sold over the weekend (which they said was closed at that time). Very unprofessional and I am extremely disappointed - what a waste of time I wish I had looked elsewhere.

Went there today to grab a R32 door, the guy at the front counter was extremely helpful and they let me go out the back and inspect a number of doors etc and I picked one and I asked what the price was and I nearly fell over it had a mirror fittings and was half the price of everyone else just for the shell and in better condition than the junk i was offered not to mention if I had to pay freight etc and they even bought it out to my car.Thankyou soo much I would highly recommend

I don't often review places, but japwreck went above and beyond today to help me with a broken part on my car. Fantastic service provided to me. Will keep coming back if anything else needs replacing and recommend it to anyone else who has a Japanese build car!

Came looking for a simple part but they refused to sell me one and directed me to Repco/other stores. (And it's a part that's not available new unless I order online or from a dealer). I would have paid $10 just to grab one from one of their vehicles myself.
