This phlebotomist is LOVELY and gentle. I have to get my blood drawn every couple of months, and I seldom have to wait, usually I go straight in.

Terrific staff both pleasant and professional. However the processing of my blood test to test for TB was extremely slow. I have waited 5 days now and there is still no result. My new employer needs this result before I can begin and Clinical Labs analysis is taking far too long. The collection staff are excellent. The lab staff are poor

Extremely rude reception staff. It’s understandable there is a pandemic and there is a need to be extra cautious but it’s no reason to be so rude and unempathetic towards clients.First experience here and hopefully the last.

Saw someone sat 15/10/22. The person was amazing, didn't feel a thing. No waiting, I went straight in to get my blood drawn. Very courteous staff member, hope to get same technician when I need to get my next test done.
