I would like an area to put in a short description of what I want to see my doctor about. Sometimes I have arrived for my appt and found out I could have seen the nurse weeks before. If it had this option I would give it 5 stars.

An excellent product which saves staff valuable time, processing appointments and recalls and integrates well with our software. Our patients use and benefit too, making bookings easy and reminders too. HotDoc provides great training and customer service too. A definite must for any medical practice.

Last consultation took 8 minutes and was a double charge of $190. Seems to have been a consequence of bookings being finely subdivided into a per issue" basis (I asked a second question)

Hot Doc App is very user friendly and easy to find clinics with the search function. Recently used it to findRespiratory clinic nearby. Very helpful to see all available appointments.
