I saw Indi on Friday and can I just say I haven’t had any pain since seeing him. He targeted all the areas i felt needed the most work. His service is seriously magic. I’ve also seen Kenny before and I couldn’t recommend him more. I’m so happy I have two people I can see to really help me feel amazing. Thanks guys!

I had a 60 minute appointment with Paper today, wow I can feel the benefits immediately! My stress levels are lower and I'm feeling much more relaxed overall. Can't wait for my next appointment!!

I really enjoyed the stretch experience with Alan! Which is something I'd never thought I'd say as I've always found it hard to stretch. He took me through a lower body block which I could definitely feel the benefits afterward. Would highly recommend

I had a free trial, I would certainly recommend giving it a go. It’s so good to stretch, get in touch with your body and feel what your body is capable of. I’m sure sticking with it and seeing how much more you can do over time is super exciting. I’ll admit I was nervous to start and had no idea what to expect. Paper made me feel safe and like every move was purposeful and supported. I was very pleasantly surprised.
