You can't take your handbag in with you. REALLY, I can understand your reasons and I can even understand that those are your rules. Bag search can be requested, I wouldn't of had no issues empting my bag for them but instead you are treating everyone like thiefs.Before covid I was there and the sales lady mentioned how business is hard because everyone is buying online so I thought I start supporting Canberra businesses but by doing this you are just driving your clients to go online, which is what I will continue to do.

One of the only bricks and mortar suppliers in Canberra that sells beauty supplies direct to the public. Reasonable range and prices for this market but for professionals they are on the more expensive end of the spectrum with a limited range of products from a reasonably diverse sample of suppliers.

Ladies be prepared that you will not be allowed in with your handbags. The sign is clear on the window.Although I do understand their reasons...there are better ways to safeguard against shoplifting.They do offer to hold your handbag at the counter while you are shopping. No thanks! Trust works both ways. Alternatively you can leave it in the car if you think it's safe.Me personally....I'll pass.EditTheir reply just validated my opinion of how much they value their customers.

I was the only person in store for over 20 minutes and was not acknowledged by either of the two staff members until I was told off for opening a nail polish (as they didn't have a colour chart nor could you see the colour from the bottle). After being discouraged by staff I left empty handed, I would rather spend the next 4 hours purchasing my equipment online then be reprimanded like a child by someones nanna.
