Absolutely amazing pizza! Loved sitting out in the courtyard area, almost felt like I was in Italy. Very friendly staff. (Massive) bonus points for being dog friendly.

Located just inside the hotel guest entrance of the Galleria, the atmosphere was beautiful surrounded by greenery. We hadn’t made a booking on a busy Saturday night so the friendly staff let us know that takeaway was our only option which was no a problem seen as there are lots of public tables to sit and eat at further into the Galleria. We ordered the Prosciutto pizza to share and it was ready in just over 10 minutes which was amazing!The pizza dough itself was nice and thin and the sauce was tasty the only thing that let it down was the prosciutto, it was tough and so hard to chew that it was inedible. We end up removing it which was disappointing seen as that was the main topping and we were looking forward to it.It might of just been a bad batch, everything else was delicious so I will return in future to try again.

Nice eatery with a wood fired oven that you can see from the kitchen. Staff were nice and friendly. Food was great. Got the sopressa pizza, lasagne bolognese and bruschetta (the garlic was a bit too overpowering for my liking).

My husband and I recently had our wedding reception at La Fiamma in their outdoor piazza.Superb food, wonderful service and an amazingly beautiful location! All of our guests had the best night ever and had nothing but great things to say about the venue and staff.Dario and his team are absolutely amazing.Best authentic Italian food around and easily one of the best restaurants on the Central Coast and in NSW.Would highly recommend this restaurant to everyone, for any occasion!

As always, food consistently good. Can't fault it, and being so welcoming of our little dog and finding us a lovely table outside, (which we greatly appreciate) it's just the perfect place. Wine very good too!

We had a lovely authentic Italian dinner there with our young family. The food was the best we had during our week long stay in Ettalong Beach. My friends (fussy eaters) loved their pasta and enjoyed the time in the piazza. The staff were friendly and very attentive and no request was to too much for them. We ordered the 5hr slow cooked lamb shoulder, a traditional pizza and pasta. The gelato and tiramisu were the perfect way to top off our meal. Will definitely be back.

Pizza's are pretty good, but the presentations are a bit odd; they throw a whole heap of leafy greens right in the centre of the pizza.Got the La Fiamma pizza as it's their silver award winning pizza. Tasted good but I couldn't get past how dry/lean the sausage was on it.Service from the staff was great but the pizza's took a really long time to come out.
