Order delivered in literally 1 min.Small fries half full and burger in a terrible state. I would have preferred waiting 10 mins and receiving a full small chips and a proper burger instead...

This was the Best HJ'S I have ever had in my life, and that's alot! Went at 8pm Tuesday Anzac day I think it was. Bacon deluxe looked like the pictures, tasted amazing, whole family were very impressed. Chips were perfect, hot and crispy. Even the drinks tasted good, not watery or anything. Only thing was the 4min wait in the car park for the food... But totally worth it!

Had a drive-through breakfast pleasant surprise a better choice of food. Had ham, cheese, and tomato croissant. Nice hot and tasty.

Just had a wonderful food and customer service experience at Smithfield Hungry Jacks. Not the first time either. This was about the 5th time I've been here and they've never stuffed up my order. Which is strange considering the other review that was just left on here was so poor. I'm wondering if it was from the angry woman in the 4WD that parked on me in the waiting bay?I'm currently reviewing Smithfield food vendors with some extra honesty because things are getting dear and dire in this town. I have been wanting to try HJ's turkish breakfast rolls for so long and today was the day. I wasn't disappointed. It was freaking amazing. I also made quite a few edits to my order and everything was received perfectly. Even the coffee was amazing. The store was understaffed but communication was on fire and the woman that served us was so nice and her gorgeous hair was tucked away in the tightest bun. I'm always happy to wait for my food if it means that I get what I ordered and I'm spoken to politely. I highly recommend the Turkish BLAT. Looks like my new Sunday Morning regular.

Always either out of or a wait on the grilled chicken burger… just had to wait 18 mins for my burger (was told 10). Burger had hardly any sauce, thinnest piece of chicken and was overall average. Well done to the girl serving the counter though, she was working hard and fast (the only one doing so) and was super polite and didn’t forget to keep asking how long for my burger to the back staff.

The drive though girl gave my food and drink to the car in front of me, the person opened the bag ,Put their hands in it and handed it back, he was then handed his correct meal. I moved to the window n explained I wanted new product and the girl and manager stood there and lied saying it wasn’t my food he had. Funny that she repeated my order to him n I yelledOut that’s mine. They refused to give me new items. I also ordered sugar free coke as I’m diabetic and was given regular. The manager clearly stood there and lied to my face. Disgusting customer service. 2:05pm 27/1/23

Ordered 5 pieces of fried chicken, should of looked like the KFC chicken but they were actually flattened out chicken nuggets and not even crispy! Disgusting

Just ordered some burgers from this place n added some extras. Omg they did an awesome job. Best burgers ever. Hands up to the maker. Cheers guys . Hell yeah . Sometimes good sometimes not good no extra's as orderedBecoming worst place to go for a while. Was great once but Has fallen so bad lately .
