Always a good experience. Very friendly and helpful staff. Usually males arnt looked after well in bag shops but here we are treated as anny other customer which is really nice.

Had a problem with suitcase we bought 4 years ago - handle broke. took it back to Charlestown store and staff member very helpful. Bag returned ad repaired within about 1 week. I will purchase my next bag there as the customer service was excellent and repair very prompt.

Service was great and i was very happy with my purchase. Staff were more than happy to source a sale product from another store and had the rest of my order delivered to my door. However, when i received my 3 piece luggage set i discovered it was not a nested set as the staff member had informed me. This was an important selling point for me so i was very disappointed in the staff member's incorrect information.
