Always great products, reasonable prices and very good service, have bought shoes from this company for years.

I have ordered shoes in the past and fortunately never had a problem or needed to return any of them. I had always assumed that the references to prepaid postage in the description of the returns policy meant that I did not have to pay postage for any shoes returned. So when I couldn't decide between two pairs of boots, I ordered them both thinking I could return whichever paid I didn't want or did not fit at not cost. But, when I followed the steps to print out a postage label to return the shoes, I was given an amount and prompted to provide my credit card details. I called Brand House because I thought I must be doing something wrong as the postage was supposed to be prepaid. I was informed that no, I have to pay the postage. Very misleading and disappointing.

Australia Post is the only winner here.The expensive Cabello black leather sandshoes I purchased are totally mismatched. These shoes are not priced at mass produced warehouse product pricing. However they are extremely well below par in quality.I have spoken with a company consultant today regards my extreme unhappiness with the quality of the shoes I purchased at an expensive price. Brand House Direct does not refund postage paid both to have the shoes delivered to me and my return of shoes back to B H Direct via package postage paid. Australia Post is loving the killing they are making with parcel post. They are the only winner here.I shall not be recommending B H Direct to my family and friends as requested by B H Direct.

Not that it makes a difference leaving this as their rating is terrible anyway, I just wish I read the reviews before purchasing from them. Absolutely AVOID using at all costs.

Was looking forward to my delivery..2 weeks after ordering they sent me the wrong size ...i ordered 10 AUS or 41 EUR and received USA10 EU 42? over 2cm bigger, they insist they are the same size ? Clearly not, I received 2 pairs...can you see the differnce? They are making me pay to send them back!

Being a long time customer, imprtant aspect for me is the speed of postage an hassle free returns. My go to site for shoes!

During Covid as I have been house bound, I have done my shoe buying from Brand. I have purchased several pairs of Orizonte sandals and shoes and have found the perfect fit. They are all leather, interesting designs and very comfy.

I placed an order 9 days ago and it’s still not been shipped. I’ve contacted customer service multiple times via phone and email. I was not able to pick up my order, I was denied a refund, I was not offered any solution except “it will be posted”. I wish I had read other reviews prior to ordering and I wish I hadn’t ordered in the first place. Will never order again from here - plenty of other places to buy from!!

Avoid purchasing from this company- items are non authentic and poorly made. The “savings” aren’t worth it.They charge for postage, want you to pay for return post even though the items are defective and non authentic, and then want to refund minus postage- so u pay for postage 3 times even though it only goes 2 ways. Nope! Disputing it big time.Spend the money and buy authentic- or anywhere else but this place.AVOID!
