Professional business, went out of their way to help find a replacement for an unrepairable pc board for my LG air conditioner, this part was no longer available through LG. Great service, but priceyI've had several modules/parts replaced there, always been done within 1.5 weeks and always repaired successfully.What is disappointing however is the pricing. It doesn't seem related to the difficulty/complexity of repair or the time it would take to do so.Their pricing seems to always be 2/3rd of a new part replacement.Easy to verify, enter the part number to be repaired on their website and ask for quote. Within a minute you get a fixed quote, always around 2/3rd of new.So their service are good if the parts are hard to source, otherwise you're often better off buying new, less chances for things to go wrong later.

My 10 year old 9 Kw Fujitsu Split Air Conditioner stopped cooling (outdoor unit died) The team at module repair worked their magic on the main control board. Cost $280 & took about two weeks to repair my old circuit board (a couple of components on the board were burnt) - however much better than spending $3K on a new Air con.Air con now working like a charm..Thankyou guys so very much.Cheers - Mat.
