Excellent Agency! Right from the very first communication / viewing, Spark have been delightful and informative. Once we moved in they greeted us with a Welcome Pack which made us feel at home instantly. Easily one of the best in the business, easily the best in Tasmania by a country mile. Caitlin, Jeremy and Alana are warmth and professionalism personified.I'm a landlord and made the switch to Spark while in the middle of being faced with necessary renovations to my investment property with the added stress of working interstate and not being able to keep an eye on things myself. This property was my first home, so with a sentimental attachment, I was perhaps a little more interested than your normal investor with the day to day while I was in renovation limbo.
