We had a problem when we installed a new oven - the doors above and below didn't fit any more. Andrew Ackerly made a special trip on his way home to sort the issue. So glad we bought Blum hinges which could be easily adjusted (by Andrew) who went above and beyond to help us. A generous and kind man. He could have just told us where to find a handyman who would do the work. Instead he spent time adjusting the hinges, explained how to clean the runners and left us with a smile on our faces. Thank you Blum and thank you Andrew.
