Pine Tea & Coffee, Silvertip Tea, Hills Coffee Roaster

Love this store and its worthy of 5 stars. I have given 4 stars due to poor service from the store manager. I spend at least $50-$60 per visit but she would not allow a sample of the coffee she was recommending. She was too busy. I looked around the store and I was the only one there ! We don't just give out free coffee I was politely told. On my other visits I have been looked after by a young fellow that was an absolute champion and not only well versed in his products but also understands how to look after his customers. I understand he is the boss's son.Will I be back? Absolutely this store is awesome but, will be disappointed if I am served by the store manager.

Located in an industrial area this shop is definitely one that you cant judge by its cover (or website).Clayton is a master roaster who after 35 years of roasting really knows how to make a great roasted blend.Luckily I am not the only one who thinks that as evident by all the awards he keeps on receiving.I normally rotate between his popular blends and then mix it up with a new concoction he has made up or a single origin he has just roasted.The coffee always consistently delivers.Clayton is happy to share his knowledge and talk coffee with you, and his staff are also excellent in knowledge and service.When in the shop, take a look through the back window where you can see his bean storage and a giant roaster.There is also a wide selection of teas and other related items but being not much of a tea drinker I cant comment on quality.Pricing is similar to other premium roasters with some blends being a couple of dollars higher but nothing too over the top.If you fancy yourself as a home barista, its well worth putting some of his blends through your grinder.

The only place to purchase your tea, coffee and equipment to enjoy these delights. Absolutely love talking to the coffee roaster and tea expert here, he is an international expert. He adds so much to this business. Parking out the front, a broad range of opening hours even saturdays. Always new products available. My only small concern is they will not make a cup of coffee at all times, seems to be limited time. Just purchased Japanese green tea that is calming and euphoric.

I am a return customer, because of the quality of the coffee beans Pine Tea has, loved their coffee Beans, and I was with Nick today, great customer services and friendly, love this place.Highly recommended if you wish to start the day off with a great coffee or/and tea.

Awesome little roaster in the hills! Both the owners are lovely to chat to whether it is about coffee/tea or not; making for a pleasant experience.The other staff are just as knowledgeable about the coffee and go above and beyond to help their customers.

Great range of high quality and affordable coffee. We always receive compliments from friends who have the Kenya Misia blend at home. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. They offer a large range of tea also. We have been buying our coffee and tea from here for years and each time has been a great exprience. I would highly recommend this business.

First time here looking for good, freshly roasted coffee. The boss served me, Clayton is his name. I told him what I liked and he made a recommendation but said I should only buy 250gms and when that is finished buy a different coffee. It all made sense so I took a sealed pack home. Watch this space for my review of the coffee. Oh yes, they have coffee machines, lots of and heaps of tea and many other things of drinking interest. It is definitely worth a look-see, you won't be disappointed.

Hidden Gem in Castle Hill!Stumbled upon this store and was delighted to find a tea lover's paradise. The warehouse is filled with teapots, teacups, tea accessories and of course...teas! Plenty of bargains on items for those looking to hunt, or for those looking try something new. The customer service was warm and inviting. I only purchased a few items but will most likely be back again for more. Would recommend anyone interested in the area or visiting to take a look for themselves.

You will find lots of quality coffee choices here. Staff are super friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for cozy tea pots, coffee makers and roasted coffee beans!
