Paid for a diagnosis service for a hardware problem on a laptop. The technician (? Luke or Lucus) checked my drivers and told me it was a hardware problem, what I already knew. When I raised concerns that they hadn't fully diagnosed the problem my complaint wasn't handled very well. Not a great service.
