Hands down the best schnitzel in Australia. Came here weekend of the 4th June for my birthday. It's not 100% authentic" as my opa said on sunday as they don't have traditional veal schnitzel and he was very upset at this but veal is expensive.Sadly there wasn't music as promised everywhere at 1.30pm but that's okay.Something was a little off with the sauerkraut as it didn't taste right so I didn't really eat the side I paid extra for but the majority of the food was delicious. Always HUGE portions of food considering its only $27 pp"

What an absolutely great hidden little gem on the Northern Beaches. If your looking for an authentic experience, great service, and unbelievably nice food (pork knuckle) wink wink - you won't finish it! LolCheck this place out - thankyou we loved it.

Fantastic menu, good selection of Austrian beers and other drinks and about the closest you get to the feel of an Austrian Gasthof.Update; With the opening of the new kitchen wait times are better than ever, and the food quality is still very good

What a fun night! Fantastic food and atmosphere! Schnitzel that will blow your mind! Steines of Austrian beer, what more could you ask for? Pork knuckle! That's on the list for next time. Order it when you make your booking.

Whilst the food offered is very good I need to say that having to wait 1 1/2 hours for our meal at a Sunday lunch sitting is way too long. The kitchen having just been refurbished must have some management issues as not only did the food take 1 1/2 hours to be delivered it was not piping hot either! This is inexcusable when most of the food on the menu is already cooked e.g. roast pork, knuckles, sauerkraut, dumplings etc .We've been coming to the Austrian club for some five years or so and it must be said that service has gradually declined. With six odd staff in the kitchen, something is not being organised efficiently.

Can't believe it took me this long to come here!Not only is the food delicious, the portions are HUGE! So you can even possibly share a main between two and get a few sides and dessert.Great selection of Beers and cider.The people running the club are also absolutely beautiful and we are looking forward to returning soon!
