This is an amazing option for anyone looking for a low impact alternative to the gym, or even in addition to the gym. I gave it a go, having no idea what to expect and absolutely LOVED it !! Being able to lay down whilst still exercising and not feel any pain in areas I would normally from prior injuries is amazing. So many benefits.. Highly recommend giving this a go. The studio is immaculate and Gemma makes you feel so at ease.

I bought a 6 session deal and I have enjoyed it. Gemma has been fabulous, easy to deal with and knowledgeable. I like the fact that you get to exercise (cycling movement) while lying down and the machine works it's way. On my training day, I followed the do's and don'ts such as ate light meal an hour before my session, no food for 4 hours after each session, avoided certain food, drank up to 3.5L water. I always believed that I need to play my own part when it comes to this kind of treatment. So from 21/9 to 6/10 (6 session in 2 weeks time), I also have my usual 30-45min workout exercise once a week which I have been doing it few months before I started this session. Below is some my results. However for me, the most obvious result is my cellulite is less noticeable. Definitely worth to give it a try.Waist 85 to 81.6Hips 99.6 to 95.3Bottoms. 102.8 to 100.9Legs 95 to 92.1
