The Lounge & Co - Hairdresser - Newstead

After a bad experience at a completely different Salon, I called up on a Friday evening for some advice. I was given a variety options as well as reassurance that they would be able to help and managed to get me in the next morning with a stylist. The atmosphere was lovely, welcoming and warm. Callum sat with me, listened to what I was looking for and explained to me what he was going to do to correct what had been done. I had such a great experience and felt safe in his hands. I can’t thank him enough. I’ve already booked in my next appointment and can’t wait to go back.

The Lounge and Co team were lovely.They explained every step of the way and were also very knowledgeable of different hair types which lead to being able to have the best results possible. I had back to back foils to lighten my hair so that in the near future I can continue to work on the blonde colour in time for my wedding.They treated me very well (even accommodating me with my slight hangover) and they were lovely to talk to and be around.I believe that they did a brilliant job on my hair and that I don't believe another hair dresser would of been able to achieve what they did in such a short amount of time.I will definitely be coming back in the future to continue my hair treatments / colouring and I am excited to work with them to get the perfect colouring for my wedding.Thank you team!

The Lounge & Co Newstead Team is just amazing! Literally saved my hair from its previous disastrous state. My hair went from 0 to 10/10 after beautiful Betsy and Luke’s magical and talented work! I have been to many various salons over the years, and none have compared to the service provided by Lounge and Co. Every member from the Newstead team (whether it’s your regular stylist or seeing a new one for the first time) take their time and actually have a conversation with you, and they actually sit and listen to you. Most other salons have made me feel like a statistic and that there’s quota to meet. Lounge and Co actually make me feel like I’m valued, I’m heard, and wanted around. Such a simple thing yet something people desperately want.On top of that, each stylist is so experienced and seem to hit the nail on the head each time with the actual service provided. Specialising in natural tones and colours, absolutely sings to me.I could not recommend Lounge and Co enough!

I love the team at Lounge & Co Newstead. They are professional and fun and Simi does an amazing job colouring and styling my hair.

I was nervous to go too much lighter with foils due to a previous experience. However, Callum - with his wealth of knowledge & experience, did an amazing job & I’m loving my hair !Next appointment booked.

Very disappointed by the customer service by the “director” Candice. She was very rude and unprofessional to a friend of mine. She was belittling and condescending and offered no solution just excuses to a problem her employees created.

Finally found a hair stylist who knows how to cut curly hair! Thank you Simone for doing such wonderful work..Simone is a fabulous hairstylist and I am so glad I have found you! Marcia King

I always have such a great experience at The Lounge & Co. Very professional wonderful results with my hair and it’s a relaxing sanctuary. They really do go above and beyond from refreshments to the treatments and of course the stylists are exceptional . Love these guys!!

Every single appointment I have had at The Lounge and Co has been nothing short of amazing. I am always well looked after by the lovely Callum, he is a hair genius and always makes my hair feel and look the best it can. Fantastic service, kind people and always a pleasant experience.
