Best Team of Specialists in town. Great people that work there. Always a pleasure to take car there. It's the one good thing about having your car break down is taking it down to O'Brein 4x4. Highly recommend.

Had the part we needed and fixed our leaking fuel tank quickly and did a good job. Customer service was fantastic (even showed us our old fuel tank after) but very expensive, $110 per hour for labour.

Absolutely fantastic customer service. All their staff have always gone above and beyond to get my 4WD back on the road as soon as possible, and they have always managed to squeeze me into their busy schedule when emergency repairs were needed. I always use this company to service my 4WD when touring in WA, plus they have also assisted me when I have had a couple of issues with my Landcruiser). Can't rate this company and their staff highly enough.

We just want to acknowledge the fantastic service given by O'Brien 4x4. We had problems with our vehicle while on a 3 month trip and the Toyota dealer in Geraldton had a 2 month wait and most others they recommended similar wait times. O'Brien 4x4 came to the rescue with only a weeks wait,eventhough like many others they were quite busy and short-staffed. They quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered the part from Perth and fitted it the next day so we could be on our way. Their friendly and prompt customer service is exemplary with fair prices to match. We have no hesitation in recommending OBrien 4x4 and would use them again if required.

We had to drive into Geraldton for some emergency dental work. On the way our fourby developed a grinding noise. We’d never been to Geraldton before, so I rang a friend in Exmouth who recommended O’Brien’s. We had to have the car towed to them. They were very busy. Despite this they made a way to try and help us. They were absolutely brilliant in finding the problem, sourcing parts and repairing it. Everyone we dealt with- Mark, Geoff and Richard (as well as the others I didn’t get their names) were friendly, competent and helpful. Thanks Obrien’s really appreciate you guys.
