Fashion Nails

First time attending the salon on Saturday. Two of us had an appointment. The shape and design were done nicely however on one hand the design did not match the opposite hand. The price was also significantly more costly than other nail salons I have attended.

Had them remove gel nail polish and ruined my nails by grinding old polish off leaving them rough and split.Had nail polish applied to my granddaughters toe nails which had spots missing and when I took her back for touch up of nails minutes later they yelled at her to be more careful.Rude and insisited on cash payment.Stear clear of this business.

Worst experience ever. Had a pedicure done and was absolutely disgusted with the job. All of my nails are crooked and aren't even at all. Asked for French and there is bearly any white polish shown and she cut all my nails way too short, took chunks out of my skin. Very rushed job and left nail polished all over my toes. Will never be going back again.

I would be extremely careful of this place, two quite serious issues happened while I was here to get a pedicure, the first was when the lady filled the foot bath up there was huge bits of skin floating around in the bath, she asked me to put my feet in and I declined and pointed out the skin, she got annoyed at me and tried to deny the skin floating in the water and kept motioning for me to put my feet in, until the lady next to me spoke up and said omg yuck that is skin"

Went here as my normal shop was closed as Ive heard great things about this place. Well I WILL NOT BE BACK!I Was charged $80 for them to put a new coat of powder gel on my natural nails with a natural look polish. Lady was rude and ignore me when asked not to clip or file my nails as I had really nice neat nails anyway and didn't require false tips thankfully she didn't put any on or I really would have spare it.Not at all happy. Now I have to wait for these horrible nails to grow out about before I can go get them done properly again.

My friend got her nails done here.. she sent me a pic of what she asked for vs what she got, when I tell you my jaw dropped. They are crooked, rough and look nothing like the pic she asked forThis is the most disgusting service with 0 care about what their customers leave with, yet they charged her $90. If you are considering going here all I can say is, don’t waste your money. Or time. If I could give 0 stars I would. 1 star is very generous

Absolutely mortified, not only about the awful job they did on my nails, but the $80 it cost me to leave in tears. Only accepted cash only.Soo rude, never properly removed my old nail polish. Cut my skin several times, no apology.The place was absolutely filthy. Place should be shut down! Will have to go and pay another $80 to have them removed and done again tomorrow. DO NOT GO THERE!!!!

It seems lot of bad experiences at the place, but I had my first manicure here, and it’s the best one I’ve had. The place could be a bit cleaner though.

Second time now I’ve chosen a colour and walked out with something completely different. This time I asked for a very pale almost white pearly colour and ended up with like a metallic blue!!! When she did the first three nails I said politely “I don’t think that’s the right colour?” She abruptly pointed at a second bottle to indicate that another colour goes over the top. I shut up thinking maybe the colour changes. NOPE, it’s metallic blue. Why not just tell people to chose a different colour if the one they chose is not available?The best technician is a young girl with glasses, she does a great job every time but unfortunately not always there. :(
