i decided to treat my mum with a IPL full face pigmentation after seeing their ad, i messaged the person and got it set up. When we got there they said her face will start to scab and black bits would fall off, that never happened, so we called they said that it isn’t a one time treatment which we then said we were never told, they told us to come back in 6 weeks (22nd of dec) which then we would have to pay again. i think that is incredible rude, the staff never wiped my mum’s face before starting and didn’t ask if she had makeup on, also we weren’t given any instructions like if you go to a lash tech they say please don’t wear any makeup, moisturiser and so one we weren’t given any of that, just as we weren’t told it would be a one time treatment. It disappointing i worked hard for that money (as i’m only 14), now it just went down the drain and they expect me to pay again.

This was my 2nd treatment 1 week after first but nurse did not realize that or ask for feedback from my first session. Not sure if any notes were written down on my file?

I have been to the shop many times and I had to use someone's used bed (not clean) every time which I did not like it because of hygiene issue.This week, while I was having a treatment, the owner asked to me several personal questions and then became rude to me. I felt confused coz there were no reason to be angry to me.I said thank you" when I went out but the owner did not say anything and the other lady said to me "ok" unkindly.I hope I can visit a shop which is clean

This is not my first visit to Simetics Clinic Capalaba. I have received professional & friendly care & have had everything explained to me in detail. I have my third visit scheduled for March. I have already recommended Simetics to a few friends.

Although the service is very good and the staff are friendly and helpful, the chemical peel does not peel any of my mellassma patches out. It only peels my skin on my chin where I have one acne. My skin is brighter and smoother though.

I am not sure if the person knew what she was doing the Botox I had has made little difference, also the threads Quite frankly I feel scammed

Never had such terrible customer service from a clinic before. Have spent weeks following up my emails and have had one reply in that time agreeing to a refund and no response since, in the last 9 days despite multiple emails following up where the refund is. There is a reason I’ve never seen any other customers in the clinic I should have guessed, would not recommend. (Capalaba store)
