Absolutely the WORST for acrylic nails. Didnt listen and cut far too short. No engagement from the staff, rude and abrupt. After one week, the nails were lifting and had chipped terribly. And I was on holidays! Not even working using my hands etc!

Not overly happy. Felt very rushed out of there despite it not being busy… I paid for my service while still sitting in the seat having the pedicure done. Not a lot of care was shown. Won’t be returning sorry.

Terrible experience, nails were very uneven and they did not listen to what I asked or fix my nail when I accidentally smudged it. Way too overpriced! Do not go here ! I had to give a star to post my review, but i wish I could have selected zero stars!!

A client of mine always gets her nails done here, and they look so good I had to try this place out. I got my nails done here yesterday by Karen and I am not disappointed! Great, friendly and professional customer service from all the the staff I interacted with. Price list is clearly displayed on the counter and I was advised of an additional cost to do some requested nail art prior to receiving it. I got the spa pedicure with gel polish and foil overlay, and I found the price to be reasonable for the experience and quality. Very happy with my nails and will definitely be back again!

I took my nieces here today for a nice girly day. The older lady was very rude to them. My niece was telling them what colour they want and the lady was so rude. Very rough. Told them to sit like they were dogs.I mean we spent a good amount of money. Never coming back again. I rather spend that money somewhere else. VERY DISAPPOINTED.My sister was getting done, and she couldn’t pay till her husband came back and the lady wouldn’t paint her nails till he came back. Very unprofessional. DISGUSTING. Not even worth 1 star but had to put something.! Ugh!!

Extremely Expensive.Creative Claws are located opposite best and less.I do not recommend creative claws at all.$90 for a manicure & Pedicure WITHOUT any nail polish, I was in the salon for 20minutes.I should of asked for the price before I had my treatment.Glamour down near Big W quoted me $65 for the same thing.Next time I will go to them.

I’ve come here many many times for the same infills and it’s always $65, today they charge $80 for the same job, she didn’t care about telling me why, just tells me I have to pay, couldn’t tell me what the extra charge was for, she didn’t care to explain it. Just said I pay extra and she just ignored my questions about it. Obviously won’t ever go back again to be charged extra for no reason randomly, she was so rude

“Rip Off” $25 just for 5 minutes to apply 2 coats of normal nail polish. Never going there again. Money hungry business. Told all my friends and they all agree. They have no price list and charge whatever they please. Horrible Experience.
