Over the years I have purchased 3 vacuum cleaners from from this place and they all have broken down as soon as the warranty expired. Now I work for a cleaning company and they stay away from Godfrey's as their vacuum cleaner don't last. Maybe they're selling factory seconds. Very unhappy never again

I took my vacuum in to be fixed as the power head had stopped working and it was 6 months out of warranty. Marcus was brilliant and said that he would take a quick look at it before having to send it away for a quote. The belt had come off so needless to say Marcus put the belt back on and saved me $102. Have always shopped at Godfrey's and always will. Excellent service. Thank you.

I shopped at Godfrey’s Ballina and was pleasantly surprised. Yvonne served me. She showed me all products that I was interested in and had great knowledge. I had some issues with my vacuum cleaner and went back to the shop in Bundall for help. Ivan was extremely helpful and pointed out how I can make sure any blockages are cleared in the future. I really appreciated his support and his enthusiastic response. I would definitely go back to Godfreys Upton Street to purchase my next vacuum cleaner because of the follow-up service. Kaye
