Annette treated our dog Ollie for an infection this morning. We're new to the area, so it was Ollie's first visit. Annette was easily the best vet we've ever come across. We found her to be super helpful, empathetic, caring and considerate. Her treatment was effective and put our dog back on all fours almost immediately. The ladies at the front counter was also lovely, helpful and friends. If I could rate this practice 6 stars, I would do so. Their warm, friendly and professional surgery is exceptional.

Lovely team helped my dog after a bee sting, we arrived after they had closed on a Saturday and had never been before. The team stayed to check over my girl and give he some injections for the swelling.

The vet I saw could not have been nicer to me and my staffy. Only issue was my appointment was at 5 I arrived at 4:50 went inside to tell the receptionist I was going to wait in my car as my old boy is triggered by other dogs and will bark, however, the receptionist failed to pass on this message and at 530 I re entered the waiting room which was very busy as was the receptionist. I went back in at 5:45 to be told by the vet they had no idea I was waiting outside (in a hot car) with my dog. This was frustrating

We absolutely love Vicky and all her staff at Tuggerah Veterinary Clinic. We have been breeding for years now and have found Vicky to be the only Veterinary from the Central Coast all the way down to the South Coast that is 110% all about the welfare of your pet and doing what is right.
